In the one fact answer you quoted and corrected me, thank you. 

We too do have to take classes as I mentioned in another post, but here it is a simple police clearance where they check our record and that is it. 

In Canada, we do not have an FBI nor do we do fingerprints. I realize you do there, but I forgot to mention it because it is not done here. Therefore what I said was not incorrect, just different due to where I am located.
