Stupid Question from 9-12...could your LO eat this?

DS is 9 mo and is participating in a trick or treat party on Friday. Even though he can't eat the treats, I still want to bring in something fun for him to share. I was thinking of making this:

The next youngest is around 18 mo, and then they go up to preschool age.  Could an 18 mo old eat this treat?  Any other fun suggestions as to what to make?

Thanks everyone, I think I'll try it! So far DS is not liking solid foods besides his puffs, even stage 3's freak him out, so it's hard to imagine him eating "real" food like this..haha! Glad to hear it should work!
