Diabetic, 40 and pregnant!

Are there any MOMs out who have been in my shoes?  This was a total surprise for us but the meds for diabeties made it happen!  So many questions, overwelmed by data on web, trying to remain calm & unstressed but working full time & juggling the insulin shots around crazy meal schedules with work schedules!!!  Need some reassurance from MoM's that have been through it!  I have an eight year who's very excited about being a big brother!!!!  We are going for testing with GC in November.  Thanks, 40&prego
