Anybody having trouble with nap time.....

For the last week or so....my DS (16mths) has been staying up late (still getting 12 hours of sleep a night). Up until now he has been taking about one 2hr nap a day and now I cant get him to sleep more than 45-50mins and he just gets so irritable between then and bedtime. Anybody else going through this?

OMG!  Yes yes a thousand times YES!  I am at my wits end. DS is 19 months old and has not napped in about 2 weeks.  I am praying that it's a phase.  He is cutting his eye teeth and I am hoping once they come thru he will nap again. 

It's just frustrating when you're pg and dont feel good and just want a little peace and quiet. 

DS won't nap at all (not even 45-50 minutes).   my mom said to me "well some kids nap and some don't, what are you gonna do?".    Um pray he naps again.   He is 19 months old and no way should he be done with naps.

Yes we also went through this (and sometimes still do).  It was really tough!  I tried to let her cry it out when she woke up and sometimes that would work but sometimes she would just get even more mad and then I was in for it when I finally went to get her.  Now she will usually sleep between 1.5-2.5 hours.  I wish I had more advice
