Toddlers: 12 - 24 Months

Sesame Street Live

Elmo's Healthy Heroes is coming here Thanksgiving weekend. I am debating taking DD (14 months). She is cuckoo for coco puffs over Elmo. It was her 3rd word :)

I have seen several places where is says children who have celebrated their 1st Bday will need a ticket. This seems ridiculous to me. She can't sit in a seat by herself. It would be over $60 for her and I to go if I have to buy a 2nd ticket.

Has anyone gone? Issues getting in with one ticket? Normally kids under 3 don't need a ticket unless they want their own seat.

Re: Sesame Street Live

  • Call the facility and ask. We're going to SSL next week (different show, I think) and I bought 5 tickets for 5 adults and 3 toddlers. None of the LOs will sit in their own seat, so the facility told me I didn't have to buy their own tickets.

  • It's not like going to a theme park where most of the place is useless to little kids. Considering that these shows are specifically geared for toddlers, I can't imagine they'd let anyone in for free. They wouldn't make any money.
  • We took our son to Sesame Street Live 1 2 3 Imagine when he was 14 months old. We did get a ticket for him. ?We went with another couple and their 12 month old who they did not get a ticket for. No one asked them for one or any proof he was under 1 year. However he is a little guy. ?I would hate to get there and have a problem though and would choose to pay the money and get the ticket.
