if u used formula AND breastmilk??

did you notice a difference in LO's gassiness?  I am dying here.  DD is breastfed, just as dd #1 was. both of them were/are HORRIBLY gassy and not sleeping because of it. Both did the same thing...starting around 4am, grunting and fussing for the rest of the night. Waking out of naps crying.  And fussy all day long.  I am seriously considering switchung to formula...but hate give up bf'ing.

    I was BF for about a month and in the middle of that started adding Formula to my BM per drs orders. And then started giving LO some Formula only bottles and some BM bottles it totally jacked him up he was gassy and constipated and just miserable. I was getting LO on BM so I just switched. I had to find the right formula for him to help him feel comfy and now hes fine! =) Oh and you might want to try the Mylocon drops.

    I pump and formula feed my daughter (also did this with my son).  Francesca gets 1.5 ounces of both (mixed together) at every feeding.  I am using Dr. Brown bottles and they are fantastic!  I haven't noticed any gassiness.  Waking up at 4AM is brutal.  Hang in there!
