Could you tell me what time your LO's get up in the morning, how many hours they are napping durning the day, and what time they go to be at night?

I'm thinking our schedule needs some re-arranging. Thanks.

She gets up at 730. She naps after lunch (usually around 12) and sleeps until 3 or 330. We start bedtime routine at 715 and she is usually asleep by 735-740.

Mine's not 13 months yet and is still taking two naps. She gets up around 7:30 naps around 9:30 and naps again around1 or 2 depending on how long her morning nap was. She goes to bed at 7.

But she has never taken long naps. Both naps combined are usually only 2 hours.

Most days it looks like this:

7 wake up

9:30 nap until 11

2:30 nap until 3:30

go to bed around 8:30

During the week: Wake up at 6 am, 1.5 to 2 hours nap at 12pm, bedtime 7:30-8 pm.

Weekends: Wake up at 6 am, 2 hours nap at 11 am, bedtime 7:30-8 pm and occasional naps in the car if we go out

Up between 7 and 7:30am.

She takes a 2 hour nap in the AM and a 1 hour to 90 minute nap in the PM. She skips the PM nap sometimes.

She goes to bed around 9pm.

My son is 14 months but his schedule has been the same since 12 months.

During the week I wake him at 6:45am and during the weekend he's up around 8. He always naps 3 hours after he wakes for about 1.5 hours (10-11:30 during the week or 11-12:30 during the weekend. He then takes a nap again 3 hours after he wakes from his nap (so 2:30-4 during the week or 3:00-4:15ish during the weekend). I don't let him nap after 4:156m, although he usually wakes on his own I don't usually wake him from his nap and he goes to bed between 7-7:30 and STTN.

LO is about 14 mo but has kept the same schedule for a while. She wakes up about 7am. Naps between 12 and 2 (usually 1hr and a half). Bedtime is 8pm. But she has been waking up quite often in the middle of the night lately bc of teething.

So jealous of the 3-3 1/2 hour nap baby! Can we trade just for a day or two so I can get some cleaning done?

DD wakes up between 7-7:30 and goes to bed at 7-7:30. Yes, 12ish hours with a toddler and no breaks is wearing on me. I try to get her to nap each day but she just refuses. If anyone has any magic tricks of their sleeve they want to share, please do!

We have a daycare schedule and a weekend schedule.

Daycare:

We have to wake him up at 7am, he naps from 12-2, then has been going to bed earlier since moving to the 1 map, so now he is going to be at 7:30pm.

Weekends:

We let him sleep until he wakes, wich is between 8:30-9, nap at 10:30-12, afternoon nap around 3:30-4:30 and then bed at 8:00.

DD gets up at 6:30am, takes two naps, first around 10am, 2nd one around 3pm both for an 1 hr to 1 1/2 hrs. She goes to bed between 7:30 - 8pm.

DS gets up around 7am-8am

Naps from 12pm-2:30pm

Bedtime around 7:45-8pm

He just started this new schedule and it seems to be working. He occasionally wakes up around 5am, but goes back to sleep after nursing.

Up with me around 7:30 for milk and diaper change, back to bed until 9 or so (husband works 2nd shift, so LO goes back to sleep or play until hubby gets him up) Nap at noon, until 1:30-2. He may or not take another nap that night - if he does, it is around 4, and for an hour. Goes to bed around 8pm

She gets up around 7:30/8 am

She used to nap around noon and sleep for 2 hours but lately she's been going down at like TWO and sleeping for one hour. It's horrible. lol

She goes down around 7 pm.

He is up around 6:30 am, Naps about 4 hours total throughout the day (still two naps), and goes to sleep for the night at 7:30 pm.

H isn't 13 months yet, but I'll share his schedule. He has two.

8:30am- wake up

1:30pm- nap

2:30pm- wakes up

7:30- 8pm- bed

8:30am- wake up

1:30pm- nap in crib

2:30pm- wake ups and I let him lay on the couch with me. He falls back asleep within a minute or two

5pm- wakes up

9-10pm- bed

Still wakes up at the same time the next morning

Daphne wakes up between 7 and 8 AM. She usually has a two hour around noon. She might sleep for another hour around 5 PM. She is a night owl, and doesn't sleep until 11 PM. It works out to 11 hours total of sleep daily.

DD wakes up between 8 and 830am.

She takes 2 naps- 1 for about 1.5 hours and 1 for about 1 hour.

She goes to bed at night between 830 and 9pm.

Molly gets up anytime between 6 and 7. Naps are irregular, but she generally naps 1-2 hours in the morning and then a shorter one in the afternoon. Bedtime routine starts around 8:30, and she's always asleep by 9 at the latest.

Up until a week ago, this was also punctuated with frequent nighttime wakings. Ferber has saved us, and we may use it for naps soon.

We aren't on any sort of set schedule and never have been but our day is roughly this.

Up between 8-930 am

He gets tired around 22 and will usually take an hour nap somewhere around noon.

Usually tired again around 3-4 and maybe a half hour to an hour nap then.

Bedtime is 8:30-9

and he still wakes up like clockwork at midnight to nurse for maybe 5 minutes then sleeps through the night.

Up around 7:30.

Napping is kind of odd as we're transitioning to 1 nap. He usually sleeps for an hour in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon or just 3 hours in the afternoon.

Bedtime is 8:30.
