how many ounce for 4/5 weeker and how often?

I totally think my LO is overeating and which is causing severe gas and stomach pain.  She wants 3-4ozs every 2 hours. Shouldn't it be atleast 3 hours? the poor think is in pain when I feed her, but then if I take it out of her mouth she starts screaming and routing around. I"m thinking the routing around may just be from gas and she doesn't know what to do.   I wish she could just talk and tell me!!!

DS was eating 2-4 every 2-4 hours.

Maybe you need to switch formula, if you are on it.

My daughter likes to eat anywhere from every 2 hours to every 3 hours. She eats 3 ounces and then acts like I haven't fed her in a day so I give her 1 to 2 more ounces. She was on Silmilac but we switched her to Enfamil Gentlease. You can also try gas drops.

Our LO eats 4oz every 2-4 hrs. He's also a big boy, not chunky, but big. Born 9 lb 7 oz, and now probably over 11 lbs. And he's about 3 1/2 wks old.

My DD was also eating 3-4 oz every 2-3 hours!! I felt like this was too much the out pedi said she's probably growing! We were on Similac to start and she was very gassy so we switched from Similac to Good Start and her issues seem to have gone away. She is also not eating as much on Good Start but occasionally do need the gas drops!
