WTF Babies R us????

They lost my registry!!!  How the hell does that happen?  I went on to take a look at it yesterday and it was gone.  Call their "help" line and what do they say "it doesn't seem to be in here."  Really, Sherlock????  Now they have to send a case # to some other department to investigate!!!  I am pissed!  My shower is in 4 weeks, my husband is going away, and now I need to re-do my entire registry!!  Not a happy camper this morning!!

    Very frustrating! Bed Bath and Beyond screwed up our wedding registry (didn't reset the gun after us, so another couple registered on our registry!). We had to redo the entire thing and it sucked.

    Hopefully it'll be easier the second time around.

    That sucks!!! I got nervous of this and printed out my registry just in case. Every time I made an adjustment or added/deleted something I printed it again so I knew what was on there. I hope they can find it for you. It takes a long time to do a registry.

    Yeah after I scanned for an hour I got home and did a double check. My stroller, pnp, and highchair were no where to be found. Those were the major things that I noticed. Who really knows what other random stuff didn't make it.

    They lost my registry this month too!

    I was FURIOUS and they pretty much told me the exact thing you did. "We can't seem to find it..."  Duh.

    Well, then I called back with my case number a week later and they told me there was nothing they could do and to go back to the store and have the folks there manually enter my lost items (since I had a list). But I had edited stuff since then...plus, I don't know if I want them to do it, what else will they screw up?

    They acted like it was the 1st time this ever happened. Ha. Then they asked me dumb questions like, "are you sure you registered with us?" I was like "Yup. And when I forgot my online password, you sent it to me! And I am holding a copy of my initial registry right now!" 

    Grrrrr...at least I have a lot more time then you do. I would be close to losing it if my shower was in a month.
