I bought it but then ended up returning it as my OB gave me one in the hospital after my c/s (I did have to ask for it). Free was better for me and it worked just as well.
I have one but don't use it as much as I should. I think it's too bulky under clothes so I only wear it around the house. Honestly I think you could just buy one of those shapers that go under dresses and it would do the same thing.

I wouldn't buy it. I had a surprise C-Section and during recovery asked for binding. It did help, but I barely wore it. Don't spend the money, take the freebie from the hospital.

This.
And, I found that my stretch marks on my lower ab below my belly button got really, really itchy when I was wearing it.
Looking back, I wish I hadn't spent the money on it, but I probably would have always wondered.
I will say - I did "feel" smaller - or felt like I looked smaller after wearing it, but I think that was just immediately after I took it off. I think I expanded back after a while of not wearing it.

I bought it- I just bought the one priced in the middle, maybe it was the couture one? Nonetheless, I thought it was a big help the first few days/weeks. It helped shrink my belly down in days. I would lay on the floor and my husband would bind it super tight, I only wore it during the day because it was uncomfortable. For me it helped, and after 1.5 weeks I had to buy a smaller size. I felt like it helped bring me back together and was supportive during pp contractions.
And PP is right, it was really bulky under clothes, so when I went out I wore maternity or something bulky so you couldn't see it. My LO is 7 weeks I have since ditched it and wore spanx to help fit into some Prepreg clothes.
