How long is bath time if you bathe LO daily?

Just wondering how long it takes others to give LO a bath? We do bath time as a regular bed time routine. I try to do DS bath as short as possible because I don't want him to get cold (although I use warm water) but he just loves bath time so much!

  • We don't do bath every night yet but it takes me about ten minutes. Maybe just under ten. I use a few washclothes and wet them with the warm water and use them as blankets for him while I wash other parts of him to help keep him warm. I continually re-wet them to warm them up again too.

  • It takes us about ten minutes...and that starts when I'm filling the tub and ends when she's in a towel. We can't really play in the bath yet, and I don't want her to get cold once we're done washing her up.

  • We do "tubby time" every single night and we do a 5-7 minute bath. My DD LOVES bath time and HATES getting out because it's cold lol. We sometimes lose track of time sometimes because we play and sing so if the water gets cool we run the faucet and fill up a bucket we have and just dunk the wash cloth and ring it out over her...she loves it!

  • DD takes a bath almost every night and she loves it, we always but a portable heater in the bathroom to raise the temp so she won't get cold.  We usually bath her for about 15 minutes although she would stay in there for hours if we let her.
  • We bathe on most nights but only use bath wash on 2 nights a week so we don't dry the skin out too much.  We usually do 5-10 minutes. Our DS loves it so much. To keep him warm we put an extra wet wask cloth across his belly and chest and pour a cup of water on it every once in a while to keep it warm.
