Our pediatrician told us it could take 7-10 days to see any signs of improvement.
Our pedi said the same thing and it actually took more like 14 days for us to see if LO was going to be ok with the new formula or not. (She was. We went from Similac Advance to Similac Sensitive and it took the full 14 days for her poop to become normal again. It was diarrhea which is why we switched. Then she was constipated for 2 weeks, and now she's fine)
