I ordered one from Amazon & got it the next day. I went online & watched videos about how to tie it on & have it on now, but it seems like it's too loose & no matter how much I retie it, it doesn't get much tighter.  I haven't tried LO in it yet cause she's asleep in the rock & play.  Is it supposed to be a little loose?  I feel like it doesn't look like the video.

I get the same feeling, but its not too tight once Kaylee is in it! They aren't as stretchy as you'd think, there needs to be room to fit your LO in. GL!!

It just takes a bit of practice figuring out how tight it needs to be, but my daughter loves being in the Moby.

My LO did not like it...he screamed eveytime we put him in and tried every which way. I ended up returning it and getting the most basic carrier I could find and now he loves to be in the carrier 1ht

It takes practice, I've been able to get it pretty close fitting to my chest through trial and error. DS LOVES the moby. Many times it's the only way he'll take a nap.

It takes practice - if you know anyone else who uses them have someone show you how in person... it makes more sense that way. That's the only way I figured it out. But you'll get it. And it's SO worth it. We looooooove the Moby. I don't go anywhere without it and even wear it around the house half the time. I've been putting him in it since he was about 4 weeks, and we still use it constantly and he's now 12 weeks... I don't knwo what I'd do without it.
