When does eye color change?

When do you know what color LOs eyes will be?

K's started out dark blue and are getting lighter.  I'm just wondering when we will know if they are going to stay blue.

My DD is 10 weeks & I'm holding out hope that these beautiful brown eyes will turn green.  LOL!

I'm sure your DD's eyes will stay blue!

My DD has brown eyes like her daddy.  I love them & I love DH's eyes, but the kid might as well be the female version of her father.  I VERY selfishly want her to have green eyes like me.  I'd love for people to look at her and say she has your eyes....rather then...well at least she has your chin.  I do have a great chin though.  LOL!

DD's eyes started out blue, went to a grayish color and are now dark brown.

 Both DH and I have dark brown eyes, as does the rest of our families though.

My eyes were blue for THREE YEARS and then went hazel. My dad was so disappointed! I wish I had blue eyes still.

This exactly... I am hoping Brady's will stay blue. In WTE the 1st year, I think I remember reading cooped change up to six months. We'll see I guess!

My FIL is an Optometrist and he told me that up to a year they can change. My DH started out blue and around six months they finally changed green.

I have heard between 6months and a year is when eye color changes.

My eyes were blue for a long time too and now they're most definitly a pale green.  Not sure when exactly it happened...I was looking at an old picture the other day and found it kind of strange to see me with blue eyes.

Here too...when my eyes were blue they'd reflect a lot of color and would look green if I wore green or purple, then around age 10/11 they changed to green all the time...the left one changed first and in my 6th grade picture you can see I have one blue and one green eye

Don't tell me this!  This is DD now but I guess if both parents have brown eyes I guess it will happen

mine too! i have pics of me as a toddler with blue eyes then around 3/4yrs old they changed to hazel.

my ds has these deep gray green eyes right now i dont want them to change!
