Hi everyone. I never really wrote on the trimester boards, but I would like to introduce myself here.

I just had my little boy Ethan via c-section on 10-11-10, at 37 weeks and 2 days b/c of severe pre-e and HELP. unfortunatly had a post partum hemorrage and had a rough time, but now we are doing well. We are breastfeeding around the clock b/c he is a tiny 5 pounds.

I think it will really help to use this board while trying to navagate new mommyhood.

Hi and welcome. I'm glad you're both doing well! I had a c-section too after trying induction for 2 days (also had pre-e).

Welcome!  My son is 2 months old now and I was induced the day before my due date because of sudden swelling above and beyond what I was already having for months.  I had gained 5lbs in a day and a half from one appointment to the next.  I ended up with a c-section the next afternoon, like 26 hours later, after nearly 2 hours of pushing and him still not budging from 0 station.  I love the boards and I'm sure you will, too!
