Just tricked DD into taking a bottle

I posted last night that she won't take a bottle.  She dream nurses so I warmed up a bottle and dh gave it to him.  She sucked it down like a champ.  I don't know if it means anything at all when she's awake but I feel like it's some sort of progress and I feel slightly wicked about tricking her into it :)

    What do you mean by dream nursing? I replied to your thread because my DS hates the bottle!! OMG i'm freaking out because i start work soon..what bottle did you use? I bought the tommee tippee and he still doesn't like it.

    Dream nursing=she nurses while still asleep.  I hear the hunger sounds, pick her up and put her to the boob, she suckles away.

    I used the Tommee Tippee (spl), she took 2 oz because that's all I had in the fridge (everything else is frozen); then I put her to the boob for the rest, she continued to nurse.  All while still asleep.  Love dream nursing.

    My DS does that too!! I guess i'm going to try it tonight..Thanks for the idea! *crossing my fingers*

    oh one more question...what nipple do you use? the slow flow nipple or variable flow?
