When did your LO first roll over?

Was it tummy to back first or back to tummy?

G still hasn't.  He accidentally did once but it was a fluke.

B did a few times front to back around 4 months, then started consistently rolling both ways around 5 1/2 months.

I had to look back in my blog but it looks like she was about 2 1/2 months old when she started rolling from tummy to back.  I think she had done it a month earlier (in front of DH when I was at the store) but I think that was totally a fluke.

Nathan rolled over tummy to back around 3 1/2 months or so and was consitently rolling over in both directions around 6 months

Karter rolled tummy to back at 5 months and still doesn't roll back to tummy.  I don't think she is going to either.

It was just before the 4th of July, so 4 1/2 months? Back to stomach first, and then the other way a week to ten days later.

Mari did it a couple of times between 2 and 5 months, but she literally just started consistently rolling over (only tummy to back) just about 2 weeks ago.

Give 'em time - bigger babies have a lot more weight to move around.  Mari is not agile at all compared to her "friends" at gymboree.

Q rolled tummy to back at 9 weeks. It was more like tipping over though. I don't think it's purposeful at all since she still gets 'stuck' on her tummy. She can get onto her side from her back but not roll over.
