FET baseline- cysts?

I have never had cysts during a baseline before.  I didn't have to go on the pill and started directly on lupron.  I went today to start my FET and she said I had a lot of cysts left over from IVF ( we didn't transfer due to OHSS, I had a ton of follicles).

She said she isn't sure if RE Will let me start my FET meds tomorrow or if I will have to go on the pill or do a few more days of lupron at the high dose.

 Anyone have a similar experience?

My situation is a little different.  I was supposed to start stims for IVF #1 on 9/11.  I went in for my suppression check on 9/8 and had a 16mm active cyst.  It continued to grow and my E2 climbed, so my cycle was canceled.  I came off of Lupron and went back on BCP. 

I restarted Lupron on 9/30 and went back in for another suppression check on 10/4.  The first cyst had resolved, but I had an new one on my other ovary.  I stopped BCP and have been coasting on Lupron since.  I went back in on Monday (the 11th), and the cyst had grown, my lining was thick and my E2 was at 309. 

I have to continue on Lupron, go in for weekly suppression checks and E2 draws until I get AF. 

My RE believes my cysts were caused by the Lupron as it has an initial stimulating effect before it suppresses.  My ovaries are just refusing to be suppressed. 

Cysts suck.  I'm sorry you're dealing with them!
