Inexpensive baby shower venue near Mechanicsburg?

I'm hosting a baby shower for a friend and need an inexpensive place to host it.  It will be fairly small 20-30 people.  Any suggestions?  TIA!

    I always see people recommend JoJo's pizza for parties. The pictures inside look really nice...exposed brick and such. I really like Cafe Magnolia (but haven't been to an event there although I've seen several) as well but I'm not sure how inexpensive you need.
