ugly or adorable?

I'm trying to find a new diaper bag and I can't decide if I absolutely adore this one or it's hideous and I'm blinding by my random love.  I need an honest 2nd opinion.

I do want something a little different, so I like the fact that it's a little more unique looking.

    I really like parts of it but I think the overall look is too much.  Looks like something my sister would carry and she is kind of a weirdo =)

    I'm not exactly normal?  But I think I did find a black leather one that is probably a little more my style.  It's huge, but would work for traveling after we get out of the diaper bag stage.

    But seriously, it honestly just dawned on me that a diaper bag could have a life beyond being a diaper bag.  What is wrong with me that I never considered that before?!?  DOH!

    I wouldn't say it's ugly but I wouldn't call it adorable. I definitely wouldn't think much of it if you were carrying it though - I would just think it was unique, so I say go for it!

    But.

    I'm all about multi-purpose, and for me that bag just doesn't go the distance. What happens when you're out of the diaper bag stage? Would it get shoved in a closet somewhere?

    Maybe I'm too boring and safe, but I say go for something simpler.

    But it really is cute!

    Thanks for the feedback ladies...and the insults.  LOL Wink

    I think I am going to get this one instead.  Much more practical since I can use it daily to tote my laptop/files back and forth, plus it would be great for air travel.

    My only concern is that it is HUGE, but I figure Jessica Alba is teeny tiny and I'm not.
