Holy hot flash!!

I'm sitting at DH's business now with my uggs on and I'm having a hot flash like never before.  If I could strip out of my clothes right now I would...I've already removed my shoes and jacket and I'm still hot.

Ugh.  I had one in the middle of a meeting this morning.  Unfortunately, there wasn't anything I could do but sit there and sweat like a pig.  Gross.

I seem to get one each day right around midday.  Not fun when the store is already warm.
