Can u exercise after trigger?

I assume I am ok (i excercised the whole time on stims)...nothing intense, just walking on a treadmill.

There is nothing in my paperwork, that says I can't...but I have been wrong before.

I can call the RE, but ur are all a lot faster!

I wouldn't increase your working out.  I think your ovaries are still swollen and can twist and cause problems.  But if you got clearance to walk on the treadmill, then I would continue.

Thats what i was thinking.  I don;t want to "shake the eggs out" before my ER tomorrow!

I had a note on my schedule that said no more exercise period.  That may vary from RE to RE though, like so many other things.

u were correct...they just denied me.  I can walk my dog a bit, but no exercise.
