What is wrong with DS? reflux/poop/growth spurt???

DS has been freaking out around 9pm until maybe 11pm. He's usually with DH for a bottle so I can get some rest. It used to work perfectly but now I have to get a million times b/c he's constantly crying.

I can't figure out if it's: 

-doesn't want a bottle (fusses with most bottles but not 100% but also freaks out at the breast sometimes ... on reflux meds)

-Dr. Brown nipple flow too fast or too slow?

-poop problems - he had (may still have an anal stricture so he holds poop & gas in) DH gave him a suppository last night & he finally pooped 4 times at 2am & huge again at 7am.  He went the longest ever btw feeds after the poops from 2a-7a but didn't get back to sleep until 4am b/c of all the pooping.

- or 6w growth spurt fussiness?
