I had heard somewhere but can't remember where that LO has to be 1 year before being able to be taken along in a stroller such as a BOB for running. Does anyone know?
3 IUI's and 2 IVF's later- Brady arrived. Born at 36 weeks after PUPPS and pre-e/HELLP.
IUI- BFN IVF #1 -BFP! Allie is our 2nd IVF baby. Born at 36 1/2 weeks after pre-e again
I have a Bob and take LO running 3-4 times a week. I started about 6 weeks after delivery. Just make sure you have the infant adapter bar and you can run. I love it and it puts LO out.

I just started this too. I don't do trails or even go very fast and she seems fine.
You're supposed to wait until LO can control his/her neck & head. The reccommended wait is 6 months. 6 weeks is really really early and could be detrimental to your infants health. 1 year is super long and unnecessary.

I've been running with LO in the BOB with carseat adapter for about a week now. I stick to smooth surfaces and it knocks him out. He seriously gets bumped around more in the car.

Ditto. I wouldn't run with her w/o the carseat for another few months.
