HGSIL & Pregancy: Advice Please

Hi Girl's. I am 4 weeks pregnant. And I have high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions. Big name for pre-cervical cancer if left untreated. I had a LEEP done in March 2010 and require another. I was told not to get pregnant, but I am.        I just found out on Friday I was pregnant. Now Tuesday, I find out I am scheduled to have another LEEP on October 26th with the pre-opt October 19th, 2010.  So I have an rush appointment with the obgyn who will preform the procedure, about the pregnancy and how to continue.     I spoke to a general practionier today, one who refered me to obgyn. He says it's really dangerous, could make the HGSIL become invasive, pregnancy may need to be ended. I'm hoping he doesn't know what he's talking about.

PLEASE, help, advice, anything. I'm so scared.

    I have no advice or information to offer, but I just wanted to say I hope everything goes well.

    Well ok, one piece of advice.  If the doctor recommends you terminate the pregnancy, and that's not what you want to do, get a second opinion.  And a third.  Don't let them bully and scare you into a decision based on ONE person's opinion of what MIGHT happen.
