If you pump at work...

How do you keep your pump parts clean between pumping sessions?  I'm trying to find the most efficient way to do this....TIA

Quick Clean wipes first then Quick Clean Microwave bags (both by Medela).  Dishwasher when I am at home.

do you have a fridge you can use?  i just throw mine in a ziploc bag and stick them in the fridge - no rinsing necessary.  i then take them and clean at home in the evenings.

I just rinse mine off really well with super hot water then dry with a paper towel.

I'm a hot water rinser too.  I brought my Medela steam bags the first couple days, but that was too much work.

This.  The fridge slows the growth of bacteria.

I rinsed them with hot water and then dried with a paper towel like some others have said
