What time does "bedtime/nighttime" start for LO?

DS eats around 7pm then 9pm & maybe 11 before his 4 hr stretch. DH usually does the 9 & maybe the 11. But he likes to watch TV the whole time. But we sort of agreed that from 8p on it was "bedtime" & we'd keep lights off when possible & no noise. DS has been fussy btw 9-11 & I think it's b/c DH goofs off too much & doesn't feed him & put him right back to bed. Which wakes him up more & makes him cranky.

7 pm is when she gets her bath.  Then she gets her bottle and is usually out by 8 pm.  Then she wakes up around 2 am for her next feeding.

DS goes down anywhere between 9:30 and 10:30.  It depends on what time his last feeding lands.  The last feeding I put him in his Swaddle Me and and put him in his bed.

We start the routine at 7:30 and in bed by 8:00.  They wake up at 1:00 and again at 5:00 before I wake them up at 7:30 again to start the day.

She usually gets her last bottle around 7. She is out and in her crib by 830. She was sleeping until 6am but this week she has been waking up between 1-3am for another bottle. I am wondering if she is going through a growth spurt.

We start his routine: bath, cuddle, nursing, rock to sleep around 7:30. He's asleep around 8-9:30, wakes around 2:30-3:30 AM to nurse, then again around 5:30-6:30AM.

We start at around 8pm, but depending on how sleeping was during the day, sometimes it starts as late as 10.  I turn down the lights, give him a warm bath and a massage, then he gets swaddled and has his 4th or 5th supper (he eats like a fiend in the evenings!), then I place him on my chest and pat his back for burping, and he almost always fall asleep like that.  He's usually asleep within an hour of starting our routine, and he'll be out for about 3 hours when he wakes for dessert and we do a diaper change (he's always dirty), then reswaddle, feed, burp and sleep, and that cycle continues all night.

It really upsets me when DH gets loud with him at night because it really wakes him up and gets him stimulated and it makes him harder to get to sleep.  But, that's how DH bonds with him, so I don't complain.  I just try to make sure DH spends his time with DS earlier in the evening.

We're aiming for between 7:30 and 8:30. It took some trial and error to arrive at that time, but she'll go from then until 1 or 2 and then wakes again at 4 or 5 and then is up for the day between 7 and 8. Putting her down earlier usually results in her being crankier. Putting her down later doesn't change the times she gets up overnight and we just end up more tired.

We start between 7:15-7:30 with a bath then lotion, pajamas, story time, and nursing and DD is usually out by 8-8:15.  She gets up usually between 2:30-3:30 to nurse for about 15 min then is up for the day around 6:45.

Usually between 8:00 - 8:30 although he doesn't usually go down until about 10:00.

We usually do "tubby time" (bath lol) between 9 and 10pm, and then depending on when she wants to eat next she goes down after her feeding which is usually between 10:30 and 11:30. We sit in the rocking chair in her room, and I nurse her with the lights really dim and her noise machine on and then I put her down drowsy with her paci. If she goes down at 10:30 she is up by 4:30 to eat and if she goes down at 11:30 she is up at 5:30. Her schedule is pretty set with bedtime except where she sleeps. Sometimes she sleeps in her swing in her room and sometimes in her PnP in our room. She gets picky, but we are trying to tRansition to crib now since she has been STTN.

My goal is to have her in bed asleep for 10 every night as I want to be asleep for 10:30.  She is usually up the first time sometime between 2:30 ang 3:30 and again between 5:30 and 7:30.  We do bath time in the day as she can be a bit crankyin the evenings.
