For the last 2 days I have had a terrible headache on and off. Also- my vision gets blurry on the sides for several minutes at a time. Could this be from the spinal? Would you call the ob for this?

I had some wicked headaches afterward.  I did talk to the OB who had me call the anesthesiologist at the hospital.  He talked me through my symptoms and determine it probably wasn't from the spinal since it built throughout the day.  One of the key symptoms of a spinal headache is that it gets worse when you get up from lying down.  The doctor said to drink more water and try caffeine.  I kept getting the headaches for a couple weeks but they were controllable with Advil and caffeine.  Call your doctor.

Call your doctor.  I developed a nasty headache 3 days post-partum. I don't know what caused it, but it took serious drugs to get rid of it.

I would call the Dr.  and check.  I had a horrible headache with my last C-section about a week later.  Nothing made it go away and usually one advil will work with me.  It only lasted a day or I would have called.  Since yours isn't going away I think you should call.
