Before getting pregnant, I ran three times a week and did an outdoor boot camp three times a week, but my doctor advised me to quit the boot camp when I got pregnant because it was pretty intense and he was concerned about my core body temperature getting too high. I'm still running, but wanted something to replace the boot camp that still involved some exercises for muscle tone (like squats, lunges, push-ups, whatever), but was safe for pregnant women.
So I ordered "Prenatal Fitness Fix" from Netflix and tried it this morning - I really liked it, so I think I'm going to buy it. The trainer is Erin O'Brien, who is married to James Denton of Desperate Housewives. There's a 40-minute workout and then a 20-minute partner workout (which I didn't try). It starts with a little bit of aerobic movement, then muscle tone exercises, then some exercises on the floor. It's obviously geared towards women with a much bigger belly than I have now, but I still thought it was a decent workout.
Anyway, in case anyone else is looking for something like this, I just wanted to offer a recommendation!
