If you're LO only takes one nap a day...

If your LO just takes one nap a day, what time is it?  And what time does he/she get up?

    When DD took her naps...she would start her nap sometime between 11 & 12 and it would end sometime between 2 & 3pm.

    Sara takes her nap at different times. If I am at home its 130/2 to 330/4 and if DH is home and I am at work he waits and puts her down at 3 and she sleeps til 5, so that she stays up to play with me. She usually wakes up between 10-11.

    If we are home in the morning, we usually do two naps.  If we are out in the morning, she takes one nap.  She's been waking up around 7 a.m. and I'd put her down for a nap between 12 and 1.  She'll sleep at least 2 hours and sometimes it's 3+.  She's back in bed by 7.

    Lately she's been waking up around 5:45 - 6:30, ugh!  But, she used to sleep until around 8.  She typically goes down for a nap around 11-12 and gets up between 2-3.
