A bump "why?" question

How come when I click on certain bumpie's names, their previous few posts show up, and when I click on others', just their friends or bio shows up?

    I think it's a settings thing. Some people have changed it to not show latest post.

    Delivered 8/5 @ 33 weeks, 4lbs, 6oz. 
    4-week NICU stay, home 9/3
