Do your symptoms come and go?

My sore boobs have gone away, but I've heard that's common at 7-8 weeks.

I've been so sick and today I actually felt like going out for breakfast (although I couldn't eat once we got there) and going for a walk with DH that I've convinced myself I'm no longer pregnant.

This was me yesterday... I came home after going in to work at 5am-2:15pm  and I was cleaning and doing laundry and usually when I work 8-5 I come home to take a nap... Yes they come and go... now my bloat is gone and my tummy is smaller so that freaks me out. I cannot wait to see my beans on tuesday!

Yep, my symptoms come and go. I worried at first too, until they kept coming back and I realized I had to take advantage of the times I felt good. So go enjoy it! :-)

with my DS, my boobs were so much more sore, and got sore before my missed AF. with this one they're off and on. and my morning sickness was strong the first few weeks. then kinda was okay for a week. and now it's back

I haven't really had any symptoms. I had some cramping, but that was really it. No m/s or anything. I've completely convinced myself that I had a missed m/c.

But yesterday and today I had the dry heaves once and today I'm bloated enough that I can't wear regular pants and I'm feeling crampy. I'm trying to convince myself that I'm just lucky with no terrible symptoms, but I really don't think I'll stop worrying until I'm getting kicked in the ribs on a regular basis.

I have alot more sickness this time around but the overall run down feeling has been the same as before.  It like a rollercoaster, sometimes I feel great then 5 mintues later I feel like crap.

Its funny you posted this, I was about to make the same post.  Yesterday I had zero m/s and my boobs have stopped hurting.  Last night in bed I was worrying b/c I felt so good yesterday.  Well today is a 180, I feel completely sick today.  From what I've experienced my symptoms come and go to and can vary from minute to minute.

I hear you.  When I am feeling awful I'm praying for it go away.  Yet when I feel great I'm freaked out that I'm going to miscarry and pray for the awful stuff to come back.  I'm a hard to please pregnant woman!

i could have written this. yesterday and today have been really good days for me. i'm sure glad it's the norm that the symptoms come and go!!
