Parenting after a Loss

Ugh - it is no wonder I am so freaking tired

This is the fourth night in a row I've been up past midnight with contractions.  They keep me up for hours, and then I go to sleep around 1 or 2, and have to get up at 8 with DD (and yes, I am so thankful that she sleeps as late as she does these days).  I really think that my body is fighting with itself about going into labor.

"It's time!"

"No, it's not!"

"Yes, it is!"

Just 40 hours until DH gets here ... can we cool it with the contractions until then, please?

  • Ugh! Hope you go into labor as soon as your DH steps in the door and that baby comes quicklyzb. Hope you can get some rest until then!
  • I agree, hopefully you go into labor as soon as DH gets here.  You must be physically exhausted going through that every night!  Not much longer till he gets back though and at the very least it will mean an extra set of hands to help you out.

  • Sorry, hon! I hope they chill out until your H can make it.  Just remember, you are no doubt sleeping more now than once your LO comes. :) I just hope they calm down and allow you to rest up.
