i need to get a plan in order, i'm a big planner. I will have a c section on the nov 3rd and I will need to lose 50 lbs after this baby. I have only gained 11 so far with this baby but I was a little over before I got pregnant again. I'm in a wedding next May so I will want to be back down to 140 again by May so I need to see what everyone else plans are. Dh gave me a couple motivations a 4 night trip to an island and $1000.oo shopping spree to lose it. and those are helping me also want to lose this weight. so what is everyone workout plan and food plan. does 50 lbs sound crazy by May???

Don;t listen to this nut job! That is a completely unhealthy way to loose weight!
However, my mom and I both have had great success with weight watchers. The food is really good and it's not too difficult! I just started mine and have already lost a little weight.
