I am hoping I am not the only one, but is anyone excited about something with this pregnancy that is weird and the are hesitant to tell people?
For example, I can't wait to see what the inside of my belly button looks like (I'm an inny) and I always thought that my belly button hole never ended (I could never find the end with my finger)
Anyone else have something odd/weird they are excited about but are too afraid to share elsewhere?
Re: Weird things you are excited about?
I'm an inny, too but my belly button never popped out. I mean, it definitely became more shallow (if that is the right word) but I definitely never saw the inside of my belly button. Who knows? Maybe you will get that chance. lol!
It's kind of gross, but I was really curious about what the placenta looked like after DD was born. That thing is HUGE. I would've never guessed that it was that big.
I'm excited about finding a doctor that doesn't like to do episiotomies. Now that I'm moving in a few weeks I have to find a whole new healthcare provider.
I'm also excited about looking pregnant and not just fat. Especially now that I am starting to show just a bit. I look ginormous even though I've lost weight.
Oh and my stomach getting hard. That will be weird. I have a pretty rolly polly flab tummy.

Good One!!! I feel the "hardness" of my belly every day!
we are excited to see the genders!
I am excited to feel the first flutter and the first movement (last time I did not get to feel anything)
I was excited about labor but now I am terrified due to I probably will have a c-section.
we are both excited to feel the baby move in my tummy.
I am excited to have my shower, it will be nice to have all my family and friends together in one place and have a good time.
we are excited to hold them for the first time.
I am terribly excited to breastfeed them.
the first time they say mommy and daddy...
okay sorry maybe I should read... weird things... here is my weird list:
see the placenta..
see my tummy stretch and my belly button invert...
my boobs to get big...
to feel the weird changes coming to the end of my pregnancy...
I'm excited about having a labor that is less than 26 hours.
According to my midwife, statistically, second babies have half or less than half the labor/delivery time.
And DD's reaction to the changes and to see how she adapts to a baby in the house.
Also, seeing how different pregnancy is this time compared to last time.
Not finding out the sex of the baby (hopefully I can hold out!!)
I am actually excited about delivery. I lost alot of blood and had lots of complications and passed out so I missed alot of what happened last time. I'm anxious to see if this time goes smoother.
