Get the flu shot?[Poll]

I'm really not sure if I'm getting one or not.  I'm typically really healthy and it's been years since I've had anything more than a common cold.  On top of that I'm at home right now and not planning to go back to work for a bit unless I decide to find something p/t so it's not like I'm around a lot of people often enough that I would be more likely to get sick.

I normally don't, but since I am planning (fingers crossed) being pregnant at some point during flu season, and my doctor had the mist (like the shot, but they squirt it up your nose instead) I went ahead and got it this year.  I did have cold like symptoms after I got it, but it might just have been allergies...

I haven't decided yet. If I happen to go to the doctor and they have some, I might, but realistically I probably won't take the time otherwise.

I consider myself really healthy. My dh on the other hand, gets sick all the time and he's such a baby when he gets sick! I ask him to get the flu shot every year but he doesn't think it helps. But I think it's worth a shot (at least for those who have to listen to him endlessly complain about his sore throat) Even when I taught little germ factories (my kinder, 1st, 2nd and 4th graders) for 8 years, I didn't get very sick. And the kicker is that I don't even eat that well and I used to drink and go out alot (before I met dh). I swear it's because I got all my illnesses over with when I was a little kid!

I wasn't going to but in Feb I had to go to Mexico for work and I happened to have my physical a week beforehand and my doctor did not think it was a good idea for me to go without it so same day, swine & reg shots.  As far as getting another one I have no idea whether its even recommened to get another one this year. I just had the flu a few weeks ago so... I might not need it.
