How exactly do you go about meditating? This is our last cycle TTC until next summer, so I want to go all-out, and positive thoughts can't hurt. My mind is constantly going. I don't know how to turn that off to focus on something for more than five minutes. I don't have ADD and my mind is always racing...I can't imagine how it would be for someone with ADD.

I have used this cd in the past. I listened to it as I was going to sleep at night. It's kind of hippy-dippy but I did get pregnant that month, so who knows? I'm all for trying anything as long as it isn't too expensive and I know it can't hurt. Good luck!
