i had gotten my son the "pound a peg" toy about a month ago and the two sides always pop off.  anyways...i thought i'd call and see if theyy were supposed to come off or not.  without hesitation they told me they would just send me a brand new one.  and they were so nice about it!

    This is good to know.  I love Melissa and Doug toys, and we recently got DS the pound a peg too - and one side pops off.  I have been going back and forth on calling because it seems like a small thing, but I think I will now!
