As I get closer to my second trimester, I have definitely noticed a huge difference in my energy level!! I do strength of some sort at least 3 days a week and run anywhere from 5-6 days a week (always make myself take at least one day off) Running, or even walking make me feel great...I usually keep it to just 3 miles a day... but lately, every evening after I have worked out I feel like I can barely walk my whole body feels so sore!! I am not over-doing it... or pushing myself too hard... Has this happened to anyone else... or do you know why????

SAME HERE!! An "old woman" can out run me right now,lol. Same as you,I lost my normal running times/mileage before 2nd tri. Have have yet get it back! 3-4 miles at 10-11 pace is all I can handle...fyi,get a belt when your belly pops-works wonders!
But you are doing SOMETHING! That's GREAT!
As far as why? your preggers!
