So far he's had about 13oz and is refusing his sippy all together now. He had two mini pancakes and a 5.5oz smoothie for breakfast (plain yogurt, spinach, carrots, peas, mango, and banana) and a strawberry, slice of cheese, white cheddar bunnies, and 7 pieces penne pasta for lunch. I have a feeling he will eat a good for dinner too.
What I listed above doesn't seem like a ton of food, but I guess for a toddler it's a fair amount. If he's eating good do I really need to worry about his milk intake as long as it's not an everyday thing?
Re: Refusing milk
13 oz is plenty - especially considering he's already had yogurt.
I wouldn't worry a bit.

Yeah that is what he's getting too. He has no problem refusing it though. haha He didn't want his dinner either so we are going to try again after his bath. He has two teeth bulging through his gums so I'm wondering if that is his issue.
my DS also refuses milk. in fact, he has never taken more than a few sips of milk from any sort of cup, and totally cut the bottle at about a year. He still BFs 2x a day and the dr. said that was fine along with yogurt and cheese. She also said that he'd probably start drinking milk once I wean him from the BM. she did not seem concerned.
DS also has trouble with his appetite when he's teething, so that could be why he's not eating as much, but that seemed like a decent amount of food to me.
