  • artimis says it's still closed.  Frak.  DH has to come that way home and he has to pick up DD at daycare today because I have a night meeting.

  • That literally makes me sick to my stomach. I drive that way all the time. Does it bother anyone else that they're showing a video of the burning car, when the driver of that vehicle is potentially burning to death inside? I don't know, I just find it disturbing.

  • That sounds like a giant mess!!  Good luck to all of you who travel that route. I am sure even the alternate routes will be a mess!

  • The last time I looked at the artimis cameras, it looked like the wreckage had been cleared but they still hadn't reopened 71. It may still be a while as they probably have to recreate the accident so they can effectively build their case against the jackass.

    When I was in the back-up at noon, they were saying it'd be cleared in 2 hours but then they changed it to "several hours" so I don't know.
