If you're looking for a good slow cooker recipe

I skip the onion mix and use 1/2 cup bbq sauce and 1/2 cup ketchup mixed together instead of the 1cup of ketchup. I have never been a big meatloaf fan but this is really good. We're having this tonight with mashed potatoes. YUM!

    That sounds really good! I was thinking I'd like to make more slow cooker recipes over the next couple months. Have you ever made this with all beef instead of half sausage?

    No but if you do I would mix a pound of lean beef with a pound of beef with more fat. I think if you did 2lbs of 93% lean, it would be really dry.
