If you're looking for a good slow cooker recipe

This is awesome!

I skip the onion mix and use 1/2 cup bbq sauce and 1/2 cup ketchup mixed together instead of the 1cup of ketchup. I have never been a big meatloaf fan but this is really good. We're having this tonight with mashed potatoes. YUM!

  • That sounds really good! I was thinking I'd like to make more slow cooker recipes over the next couple months. Have you ever made this with all beef instead of half sausage?

  • No but if you do I would mix a pound of lean beef with a pound of beef with more fat. I think if you did 2lbs of 93% lean, it would be really dry.
  • Yum-O

  • Ha! I just looked at this recipe yesterday. Do you think I could do it with ground turkey?
