DS has slept miserably for the past 2 nights, and my best guess is because it is colder outside. He wants to be picked up and then instantly falls asleep while you are holding him. The second you put him back in the crib, he screams. I'm thinking he feels the cold sheet and doesn't want any part of it! He's in a blanket sleeper, and we broke down and turned the heat on, but his room stays cool.
Anyone use a small space heater in LO room? I have all kinds of reservations about safety, but not sure what else to do. Anyone seen fleece or flannel crib sheets anywhere? Would these be too much of a sfety risk for an almost 8 mo old to sleep on versus a regular sheet?

we ONLY got the flannel sheets - they're great! super soft and stay tight on the mattress... instead of "sheet savers" we toss a folded up receiving blanket under his heiny, too..
