On a formula strike...help!

So my DS has all of a sudden stopped wanting to drink most of his bottles.  He will have about 4 out of the 6 oz that he normally does each bottle I am feeding him.  He has started solids and has about 2 oz per feeding of food per day.  Here is our schedule.  I am not sure what I am doing wrong here, but I do feel like his sleeping has become worse recently.  It could be teething. My schedule gives the approx. amount of cereal, but lately it is on the low side for all bottles.

7am- 4-6oz bottle

8am- 2 oz fruit w/cereal

10am- 4-6 oz bottle

11-12 1 oz. veggie, 1 oz. fruit w/cereal

1pm 4-6 oz 4-6 oz

4pm 4-6 oz

5pm 1 oz veggie, 1 oz. fruit w/cereal

7pm 6-8 oz.

Probably teething. Has your LO been sick? Cole had a cold and I took him to the dr on fri and he has an ear infection. She said that is probably why he isn't taking the bottle...on top of the ear infection he is also teething and she said those are two big reasons babies refuse the bottle.
