First time Worries

I am 8 weeks prego with twins. I am a new mommy and a little nervous about everything. For 3 weeks, after finding out I was pregnant, I had morning sickness, but in the last 2 weeks nothing. I had an ultrasound this week and the babies are fine.I say the heartbeats and they are growing at a regular rate.

Is it normal for morning sickness to just disappear so early in a pregnancy?

I had some m/s very early on and it went away by week 7. I feel pretty good 99% of the time.

My m/s went away around 9 weeks.  The symptoms will continue to change, some will stop, new ones will begin and sometimes early symptoms will return.

Symptoms definitely come and go and change. It amazes me how inconsistent it is! Try not to worry about it. Congrats on the pregnancy and welcome!

Yes, I had morning sickness from about 6-8 weeks and then I pretty much ate everything lol I really felt good most of the time I was surprised I thought I would be miserable the whole time but I hardly ever complained and my dr was always shocked that I had no complaints! Congrats and enjoy!
