Re: Please share your healthy menu with me!

  • We bought the Eat Clean Diet books and make meals and snacks from it. I have lost all of my baby weight and weight gained from fertility drugs and insulin. About 40lbs.

  •  Check out sparkpeople.com I have lost 15lbs already using their website. It's completely free and it will give you meal plans on exactly what to eat and even let you print out a grocery list. You can also track food not in the meal plan. I haven't lost weight anywhere else! It is amazing!

  • I just posted this week's dinner menu on my blog (link in siggy).

For breakfast I usually eat a Green Monster Smoothie (recipe in blog) or overnight oats (recipe in blog too).

Lunch - veggie wraps, Egg sandwiches, leftovers.

  • Breakfast: Toast w/ almond butter and a banana or Greek yogurt. I also love making a "breakfast cookie" the night before. It's great because it combines everything healthy that I love :)

Lunch/Dinner: Black bean and veggie wraps, pita pizza w/ veggies, black bean burger w/ veggies and avocado

  • I make quiche cups on Sunday nights for my husband and I for the week for breakfast.  Google it and South Beach Diet.  I'll pair that with a fruit and coffee.

Lunch:  Salad with a protein of some kind, fruit, almonds

    Dinner:  Meat and veggies.

My key to weight loss is exercise and no refined carbohydrates.  No rice, no bread, nothing like that.  Works wonders and is really healthy for you.
