your LOs get yeast infectinos too?? I'm so glad I'm not alone! I feel awful for DS!!!!! His heiny and balls are just raw.  My Dr. told me to not wipe, but rinse him off with water after he poops, pat him dry (do NOT rub), and let him air dry for 10 or so minutes before I put a diaper back on him and put the cream.  Any other recommendations?? This routine is crazy time consuming and frustrating for him and me!
