Sit and stand stroller question

My toddler despises strollers, yet I need one. I am tired of the fighting to get her in. She absolutely loves to sit on a chair and loves standing. The sit and stand stroller would be ideal for her! Yet I know they are meant for 2 kids, baby in front and toddler in back.

Is there a stroller that is for ONE child that can be used as a sit and stand?
