And it didn't do a whole lot to alleviate my fears. The baby measured at 6.5 wks, which is great to finally know how far along I am!
The HR was only 115. The u/s tech said they want it to be at least 120 by this time, although the Dr. didn't seem very worried and said it was ok for it to be 115.
For those of you that have had u/s's already, what was the HR and how far along were you at the time?
Also, they found a hemorrhage beneath where the placenta is forming. They didn't seem very worried about this either, but it has me freaked out. The Dr. told me that if I was going to miscarry, that I would have done it by now . I am just to stay off my feet as much as possible until my next u/s on the 13th.
So, on the whole, I want to believe the doctor...but I feel like she just isn't telling me the truth.
Re: First U/S today
I am sorry your u/s wasn't too reassuring scoot, but like PP said if the doctor isn't worried than hopefully its all just fine. I know it is hard to be optimistic, but like PPC says, "Today I am pregnant and I love my baby. I don't know what tomorrow brings, but I have today". That has really helped me in times of doubt.
My u/s was at 6w0d and the HR was 118, my tech didn't seem concerned.
I will be thinking about you! *hugs*

I'm sorry you didn't get the answers you wanted. Try not to worry, that's not good for anyone.
The baby's heart rate could have been slower if it was sleeping. I think. Maybe that's why it's okay to be a little lower.
Sorry, I hope you get better news on the 13th!
