why is it clumping??

We have been adding prune juice to LO bottle for constipation. We are noticing that once the formula and juice mix, we see small little clumps . Neither are expired. Whats going on?

    I don't know why that would happen - but can you give prune puree instead by spoon or prune juice with water instead of with the formula.
